Free-Dance
Free-Dance is a 120 minute free-style dance class
where you develop your own, very personal dance.
It is fun, therapeutic and relaxing. It allows you to unleash amazing creative energies that you may not have believed you had.

You do not need any training in dance, just yourself.

Creative Ecology
A 10 week course that combines study in ‘daily life’ with study in the studio. Creative Ecology builds on a  course that  Raphael delivered in Lisbon , Portugal in 2011.
